Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry Altefila is crafted from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes to give a modern, well-balanced sparkling wine.
The colour is delicate pink and bright, with a fine perlage. The bouquet reveals floral aromas and white fruits, complemented by delicate hints of small red berries.
On the palate it’s velvety, harmonious and fresh, with an elegant structure that makes it particularly versatile in food pairings.
